They are just rude bro. 😡😡 They don’t even listen to you . Always in rush. I am gonna change this today.

Sometimes they are slow in serving their customers. They occasionally go overboard as complacency sets in. However these ladies does the magic. They are very affable and makes you feel at home. They are the face of the pharmacy. Keya and Maliha thanks very much. There is a tremendous improvement. I was at the pharmacy today, 3 staff members were all eager to serve customers. This to me is a bravo. Please staff keep it up. Entreat customers to be sitting on the seat than standing as if they are not being served. Notify them of the seat. I was happy today 06.30.2025. Kudos, you have done it all. Keep it up. I appreciate your gimmick.

why do so many of the 5 star reviews seem similar lol. anyway, the people here are weird. they said its my first time here, no it's not i have picked up other prescriptions at this place before?? last week there was a problem with my insurance so they suggested to pay out of pocket. i said no so i fixed the issue with my insurance and came again this week. today they told me my medicine is not at this pharmacy because it was a controlled substance. why could u not tell me that last week instead of making me run around???

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I called an hour in advance to confirm that my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived an hour later to pick it up, I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes. I patiently waited, but after that time passed and my medication still wasn’t ready, I politely asked why it wasn’t prepared despite my earlier call. To my surprise, the staff member responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, telling me to “just change your pharmacy” instead of offering any apology or explanation. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and basic customer service. I told them I absolutely will change pharmacies—and I meant it. It’s unacceptable to treat people this way, especially when they rely on you for their health. I hope

I experienced very disrespectful, impolite, and unprofessional behavior from the male pharmacist. This is the United States—not a third-world country—where respectful and courteous communication is expected. If someone cannot interact with customers in a professional manner, they should stay behind the counter and refrain from engaging with the public.
