Essential Dental

I am a new patient at Essential Dental. I loved the care the team provided. I had gotten a cleaning first that was done very well. I then had gotten a whitening with great results. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgable and really takes care of you while you are in her chair. I’ve had issues in the past with anesthesia and still feeling pain but with her she was able to give me the the anesthesia in one shot with no pain at all during the dental work which is not usually my experience. Her staff is also very courteous nice and patient. Overall I highly recommend her and her staff.

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in the right place. The office is spotlessly clean, modern, and has a really calming atmosphere – not your typical sterile dental office! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process a breeze. I was seen by Dr. Gupta, who was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is something I really appreciate. Dr. Gupta of Essential Dental is excellent; I had looked into clear aligners before my appointment of a check up and having a few cavities filled. She is thorough, has a great bedside manner as a doctor, and does excellent work. I had a good experience with the staff; when I had to reschedule my appointment once. I am looking into the aligners they use and the pricing etc; I believe they are a very up to date and top notch practice. I would recommend them to others( I already have to my family). To give an example of the difference in my experience or medical treatment; my bite after my cavities were filled was checked to precision and with a process. I have been a part of Dr. Deepti Gupta’s practice for a while bow. If you are looking for a caring, patient and gentle dentist, this is the place for you. The office is CLEAN and beautiful! The whole entire staff are caring, sweet, funny and engaging! They treat you like your family and for me who has a phobia of dentists I feel so at ease and welcomed each and every time I come in. She is truly an exceptional dentist, who not only has done exceptional work on my family and I - but also has fixed terrible dental work I had from another dentist. 10/10 I travel from queens to see her.
