I have always received great care here. All the staff I have encountered here have been friendly from the front desk, nurses, and doctors. They are willing to get to the bottom of the problem instead of sending you home with no answers.
I started my day knowing I needed a doctor. I called the Essentia Health Urgent Care in Staples hoping to get an appointment, they said it's walk in. The moment I walked in I was being taken care of, at check-in I felt reassured. The nurse went through everything with me, I felt heard. The doctor read my chart from previous doctor business, I didn't have to explain everything about my diagnosis, he understood what was happening to me. I needed several different tests they were all done there. My prescription were ready as I walked out the door. Thank you to an amazing team!
Everyone that I have worked with at Essentia has been very professional, friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend this urgent care as well as any other Essentia clinic hospital in this area top shelf.
