The oral surgeon was good. No complaints about him. But the office receptionists need to get their stuff together. I had to go back and forth over and over because they needed a specialty referral which I was under the impression that they received which led me to arrive to my appointment which I had to reschedule because they didn't receive it and they didn't bother notifying me then I had to do the same with getting an approval from my insurance which they didn't bother making sure they received before my next appointment. That was extremely frustrating.
They warse office I visited they are cheater they said they take my insurance when I want they want to charge me more then if they don't take insurance 🤔
