ESD Pediatric Group

ESD is a superior pediatric practice! We have been going for over a year for our child and cannot praise them enough. Every employee we have encountered has been helpful, patient, and kind. The nurses line has gotten us through some tough times where we weren’t sure whether to stay home, come in or go to the ER. Our primary provider is Dr. Drasnin, but on occasion we have seen other providers and still had exceptional care. The practice allows us to bring our questions or concerns about milestones and we can work through what works best for our child based off our views and their medical professional opinion. Thanks ESD for being a part of the care of our family.

We’ve gone to this pediatrician since my children were born 19 years ago. Dr Drasnin, Dr Parks and Dr Heaton are the providers we’ve seen and they are all wonderful. I have always felt listened to and well taken care of. Communication is easy with their online portal. I highly recommend them!

I want to give Noel RN a huge shout out. My 2 year has been sick for the last 24 hours, had a new symptom that came up at 4:30 pm. With the holiday and my work schedule she helped me get in at the end of the day today! Also her prompt and thorough responses on the portal and the few phones we had were so helpful! I am so grateful for your support! ESD is so lucky to have such awesome nursing staff, especially Noel! It shows that it takes a team to care for all of our little ones!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I very quickly chose not to bring my child here. Pediatricians require an extreme amount of trust. We are putting our children in their care. I would not trust ESD with the welfare of those I value most, my kids. Never.

Love Doctor Butz!!!! She truly is so amazing. She listens to all of our concerns and explains things so well. My kids always feel comfortable around her!
