90 min deep tissue was exactly what my body needed, Farrah is very good at trigger point and deep tissue work, going back over difficult areas ans truly working out the tightness!
Farah was so friendly and worked with what I needed. I had a disc locked up in my neck and it has been adjusting all day on its own after my massage. Let her design her own massage for you, very nice. Would recommend!
