My husband and I just had the best experience we’ve ever had with an eye exam. Dr. Ismail makes the visit so enjoyable with his humor. And his knowledge and explanation was even better. Michelle was terrific to deal with. Very personable and knowledgeable. Her help in choosing the right frames was very much appreciated. We are very pleased with this practice and happy to now call Dr. Ismail and Optical Outlets OUR eye doctor!

Dr. Ismail is very nice and personable. He’s accurate, honest, generous and outgoingI told me he’s been a pediatric optometrist for 30 years. He’s very good with children. The office he’s works out of, Optical Outlet in Winter Haven, sees Medicaid patients but also sees cash patients and I believe accepts other insurances. I highly recommend Dr. Ismail.

I have never been so disappointed in a visit with Dr. Ismail. I’ve been going to his office since as long as I can remember but after today I do not know if I will return. We had an appointment scheduled time at 430pm to see him for a check up and waited for about close to an hour for him to come into the lobby to ask about my moms sugar levels. Like really!? In the lobby area.., in-front of everyone. And.., also after taking four others guests who arrived after us. I understand his time is valuable, but so is mine . I was not sitting there wasting my time for him to make those comments without physically examining her . How professional was that of him asking those questions in front of others. This place is absolutely horrible. My children had a 1245 appt and they kept bypassing us and let other people go before us that had a later appt. We didn't get seen until 2 pm. Its not the dr it is the incompetent employees that work up front.. I will not be returning with my children.
