Made an appointment and waited a week for an eye checkup. Told the receptionist that I wore contacts and told me to make sure to wear them in. When I arrived the place looked like a 1970's clinic with very outdated equipment. The Dr took me back and said he wouldn't treat me as I had been wearing extended wear lenses. I told him what vision problems I was having and he said he would not even look into my eyes to see if a cataract had formed. I guess this place is OK if you only want to have your glasses adjusted or don't mind old technology eye exams to fit new glasses but it is definitely low tech or better yet old tech. Don't bother.

The lense came out of my sons glasses while we were on Maui for vacation. They fixed his glasses and would not accept any payment for their services! Instead they said, ‘enjoy your vacation! If you live on the island please consider this practice.

Friendly and professional. As a tourist I went in to fix my daughter's glasses that had bent. The receptionist greeted us and introduced us to Erik Nelson the optometrist. He quickly repaired the glasses and gave us a complementary case as I didn't bring hers along with me. Both the Optometrist and his receptionist were very friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

Dr Nelson has been my eye doctor for over thirty years. He has remained caring and professional throughout all the time I have been with him. I cannot say enough good things about him. I stopped in while on vacation with no appointment and was quickly taken care of by the friendly receptionist. She fixed my glasses and Dr. Nelson adjusted them right away. They were both so friendly, helpful, and professional. They saved my vacation!!!
