I tried calling to get established with a new doctor, the receptionist was very rude and made it seem like a hassle I was trying to get in as a new patient. I ended up going elsewhere. She definitely needs to work on her customer service and patience.

Several members of my family have migrated to Dr Jones, and his NP, Sarai for our primary care. They are incredibly knowledgeable and provide a holistic approach to healthcare that I’ve found lacking elsewhere in the valley. I would recommend Dr. Jones and his team to anyone!

I had a billing issue/question that I wish had been handled better. As a self-pay person, I always ask before going in what the cost will be without insurance so I know what I'm signing up for and I always pay in full before leaving the office so I was shocked to receive a bill after my initial appointment in April. I called immediately and asked for clarification, the person I spoke with was unsure and said she would have to call the billing manager then I never heard back so I brought it with me to my follow-up and asked in person and was told it was because of the way it was charted and she would get it clarified. I received another bill, called again, and got the same confusion and let me call the billing manager response. I called 4 times over 4 months and did not receive an answer un
