SKIP! SKIP! SKIP! SKIP! Hope he's no longer practicing. Nice for as long as he had me coming back month after month pre-surgery. But post-surgery, he didn't want to give me the time of day. I spent months in PT and I never fully recovered. Wish I had gone to someone who did my surgery endoscopically. Zitzman claimed it was "Too dangerous". A year later, it was the norm.
