We brought our 19-year-old daughter to this office for a follow-up appointment after a 7-day psychiatric hospitalization. This appointment had been scheduled by the treatment facility for “alcohol and drug abuse,” despite our daughter not using substances and receiving no related treatment during her stay. You ever have a Dr office send your Autistic daughter to the ER for self harm and when she is finally out and go back to that Dr for a check up and they give you an entirely different Dr who has no idea whats going on. On top of that when that Dr is asked questions (aka the Dr who's name is on the building)tells you he doesnt have time for your questions and blows you off? Well this is that Dr..so if you are concerned for your special needs child I suggest you find another Dr

The rooms are all different. Every one of the staff there are amazing and super polite. The whole building is always clean. The doctors truly listen to your concerns regarding your children’s health and they do everything to figure out what the problem is.

Love love love this office! All three of my kids have been going here since they were babies and my oldest will be hitting middle school next month. All the providers are amazing and listen to your concerns. The feedback is always helpful and they go the extra mile to make sure you understand! The staff is equally amazing! I’m moving a good 45 minutes away and will still be choosing to make that drive to this office !

Absolutely horrible care, esp with having a medically complex child, refused to do any that Boston Children's Hospital asked him to do. he thought the child was there for ADHD meds. This child just had a double leg amputation and medication was to be sent to a pharmacy that the parent used for over 5years, dr hall refused to send the medications to said pharmacy. The family waited over a hour and half to be seen in a room. the nurse forgot to also mentioned they were back in a room. This family is a very highly educated family, whom Dr hall is not. ask him about this child's care and he was dumb founded he just would refer to call the Boston team. we see now why he is only a 2 star, we now are looking for a new pediatrician as this man said he was discharging the child from the practice so
