I only got to be seen by NP Nelly F and NP Krystal F. On my first visit (I was referred for fibromyalgia) Nelly came in the room and got a run down of my family history & also my personal medical history, instead of focusing on the initial complaint she started leaning towards arthritis. She did a quick physical and had me walk down a hallway, based on this and this alone she "field assessed" me and told me she believed I had something called Psoriatic Arthritis specifically in my hips. (My hips were never a part of my initial complaint, she claimed it was the cause because it hurt when she pressed on them, but my whole body hurts when you put pressure on it). NO STARS if I could! Definitely reporting the staff & facility to the Medical Board. My initial consult was with Dr. Chiang & it seemed we were on a good track. But then I started to see Nelly F. (a NP), and it went down hill from there. I was pumped with so many steroid injections that I couldn't loose weight. She proceeded to fat-shame me at every visit. My liver enzymes increased under her care to the point where she flat out told me "there is nothing else I can do for you". She basically was telling me I was no longer able to receive care. I was crying and mad. My husband got upset and began to ask her solutions to which she did not like his tone and got up mid-sentence and sent another woman in. She just kept repeating "well there is nothing we can do for you". I have since sought out

I feel like I was being dismissed on all my problems. They have gotten worse over the year's. Came here and they were like well your blood work from 3 years ago was normal. Prescribed me meds that will cause my gastro issues to worsen. Instead of looking into my issues and not just going off blood work. I even have a family history. As well numerous other doctors doing most of the work to prove or help. Came back here for high hopes and let down. They gave me a shot for pain which I humored them because it has not done anything for pain before.

First appointment with this Dr was today. He was rude and dismissive of my pain and how long I've been in pain. He didn't listen to me. And pretty much made me feel stupid for even coming in. Gave me a shot anyways of cortisone to see if it actually helped and did labs. But kept saying I don't think you have this. None of your conditions are big things or really even reasons to be here. But I don't know we will see. And then left the room and I could hear him talking about me not very kindly outside the door to the staff.

My experience has always been excellent. Patient care is amazing and front staff and my NP are all very helpful. Disappointed in lack of response from Billing department. I was at my routine follow up on Monday 7/14 asked to have a billing person call me about some questions. Didn’t hear from anyone so Tuesday after I called again and left yet another detailed message asking for a call back by Wednesday, still haven’t heard back. It doesn’t affect my feelings towards my care givers because they are totally amazing. Back office staff doesn’t have to face the patient so they don’t seem to have the same level of helpfulness.
