ERgent Med Saint Simons

This clinic is top notch!!! From the minute I walked in I was treated with kindness! The receptionist was very helpful and polite, the nurse was so caring and patient with my questions and concerns. Dr Gabe was amazing, he explained everything so clearly and was very helpful!!! We are from out of town so to find a clinic that was so helpful and friendly was a God sent!!!

I have used ERgent Med several times. I have even been referred to them by my primary Care, when they cannot get me in. My experiences have been very positive. They were able to diagnose my symptoms and prescribe medication. I also, I’m not felt as if the weight has been too long compared to other places. So anytime I need to go to urgent care. I go here.

As I think back on all of the expectations I have for a medical office (thoughtfulness, understanding, diagnoses, recommendation and follow through/followup) I've applied them all to my recent visit(s) to this establishment. I'd like to say they fell short on just 1 or 2 items. But I can't! They were just horrible. I can't say anything good about the business. If this is the new benchmark for health care we're in very big trouble! One other thing, the receptionist is very good!

After feeling stuffy and achy all last weekend, I decided to go to ERgent Med on Saint Simons on Monday. I was checked in by Keshia. Within a few minutes, Craig B, MPA, took me to an exam room to do my preliminary exam and listen to my complaints. He made me feel at ease and had me smiling before Dr. Gabe came in for my exam. They are a great team. I was diagnosed and released within 30 minutes. My prescriptions were sent in and were ready by the time I got home. Disappointing at best. I went in because I had two wounds on my leg the size of a quarter and the size of a dime. They didn't know how to dress a wound. The Dr. Just looked at it and referred me to the wound center. $150.00 for a referral thats what i got. He gave me two prescriptions for antibiotics and nothing for the pain. What a scam.
