Absolutely incredible care!!! I was suffering with a severe earache. When I went to see the Dr he actually showed me with a mini camera the inside of my ear canal as I watched from a phone. I could see my inflammation and sores! I left completely informed on my situation and care protocol!! I was finally feeling better in just a few short days. Since then I only go to this walk in and they’ve cared wonderfully for my kids as well!!!

Great place they took good care of me. It was a easy check in and quick response. Very professional.

I am based in Savannah and I called to have an employee do a drug screen while OTR and Ms. Keisha was very accommodating and set this up for me. She was extremely kind and communicative. Process was easy and employee was in and out in under an hour. Pricing is also very reasonable.

I use them when I need to see a Dr quickly. I've always gotten great service and treatment. I'm so appreciative that they are nearby and when I need help, I don't hesitate for one minute.

The doctors, PAs and other Healthcare workers here are wonderful. I have not one single complaint with them. My concerns are with their administrative staff and/or billing staff and because of such, they get a three star. After having using them for PCP services, my insurance was billed appropriately. After each vist, I would ask if I needed to settle anything financial to which I was always told that I was good. Probably after a year after they stopped PCP services, I received a call from a collections agency regarding outstanding bill from ergent med. I told the collection agency that there had to some mistake as they never provided me with a bill and always told me I was fine. Called Ergent med and they said they would mail out an invoice (as well as email) immediately so I can ch
