ER of Texas Texoma

My wife and I went in for a possible miscarriage scare and the nurse on staff just kept repeating the same things over and over slowly each time, and the doctor who seems like a typical "I'm the doctor so I know best" good ole' boy type, had nothing but contempt and attitude with us when we explained we had heard everything he already said from a previous doctor. He then proceeded to do absolutely nothing and when the wife and I left for an ACTUAL hospital, they tried to charge us several hundred dollars to just sit in the room. The nurse said they could run blood tests, but they didn't have the ability to do pathology. Make it make sense please

This place was an absolute joke. My sister in law and brother came in with bleeding and suspected miscarriage (their first child and don’t know what to expect) She informed them that she went through IVF and instead of trying to actually examine her the nurse kept suggesting that she “call the on call Dr for the IVF clinic” as if she didn’t already do so. The nurse had an attitude and a lack of “want” to help. The doctor was absolutely no better. He came in and started telling her what MIGHT be or COULD be wrong and wasn’t giving them any sort of “this is what we will do to figure out what’s wrong” plan. When my brother informed him that they had already been explained the things that the doctor was telling them he responded with “Do you want me to just stop talking then?” In the most cond

Everyone here was so nice, and they actually took us seriously and wanted to help my daughter when other places blew us off. Their rooms are nice too with smart tvs and a comfy chair to sit in. The nurse even made sure we didnt anything before his shift ended, and we appreciated the heated blankets he brought us. Will definitely be going back to them when needed in the future.

The staff at this facility are professional! They treated my family and my son with respect and were beyond caring and informative. Michelle was a great nurse. Heather was great with radiology. Dr. Carter was understanding and had a great beside manner. The receptionist was kind and personable. We are medical professionals and our son had an emergency. We were treated so well here and got some answers to what was not wrong! Thank you is not enough to you all!

Had the worst experience last night. I took my mother in for a massive boil she’s been dealing with and on antibiotics for over a week. She was visiting from out of town. Took her in to have it lanced. Whoever Dr. Blake is had the absolute rudest bed side manor. Told my mom he didn’t understand why she waited until this late at night to bother him with this. Proceeds to tell his nurses “we have an emergency boil she’s had for a week” absolutely RUDE for services WE PAID HIM TO DO!! If you want a Caring doctor that you fully have faith in do not see Dr. Blake! For the record there was not 1 single patient in this ER when we went. Highly disappointed. Drive a few more miles down if you want your loved ones properly treated and spoken to!
