I was in a car accident on July 7, 2025 with one of the veterinarians, Dr. Mike Fox, while he was driving a work truck. He T-boned me in a parking lot. He immediately admitted fault and gave me his insurance information. Somewhere between the accident site and talking to the insurance company, he got amnesia and told them he wasn’t sure what happened but it was my fault. I had an accurate account and pictures that I submitted and the case went to arbitration. My car had $5,000 worth of damage and I was without a vehicle for a month. Dr. Fox and ESMS would rather lie and try to save a dollar than tell the truth and do what’s right. Insurance reimbursed my deductible and will subrogate your insurance company now that the third party investigation shows you were 100% at fault unequivoca

The doctor who answered the phone was so sweet, Dr Madrigal and the team at ESMS are so kind and helpful. They helped our mare in a moment of need and we could not be more thankful and grateful for this team of wonderful people!!

Brought a horse in who couldn’t walk and was brushed off, the next day they called saying he had a stone bruise. Brought him home. Vet didn’t give any notes or info in his file - horse was still lame after a few weeks. Brought to signature equine who did x rays right away and he has a torn suspensory ligament. ESMS did no x rays or anything. Called trying to get info and have been brushed off multiple times. What exactly did I pay $800 For???? To be told it was a stone bruise…?! not impressed. Won’t be going back.

Emergency visit with my horse, Jasmine. Dr. Kimball and her vet techs were professional and kind. Unfortunately, Jasmine had to be put down. Dr. Kimball and her staff were extremely kind and caring for me and Jasmine throughout this difficult process.

I took my Mare with a huge problem during the time that she was giving a birth her first Colt and they save her life . The Customer Service was Great and very Friendly.
