Liz and Dr Ortiz are incredibly friendly. This was the best dental service we have had for our son. I recommend them hands down for any dental services you need.

I would recommend this office. I see a lot of people are talking about payment, I missed payments multiple times and was allowed to be seen. Possibly, it was because I had paid for my son's ortho and then myself. That means that I had a history of payments. They recognized me when they would see me in the waiting area and would wave or greet me. Whenever I needed to reschedule, there was no problem. They did change the front desk staff since I was a patient. The previous comments could be from that staff. I am IPAINTBYTAJ on all social media and YouTube. Thank you for your time, and enjoy life.

BEWARE THE 5-star reviews are fake! Read the one star review and they have same negative experience as me! This is a warning to those who consider getting implant from them: 1) they are not very friendly unless it's the part that's taking your money 2) doesn't refund any over payments 6 months and counting 3) cancel your 3 months follow up and never bother to reschedule cause again they don't care about you 4)doesn't release your implant detail to your dentist for crown work after 3 months (good thing my dentist figure out!) 5) eventually the implant is now causing this tissue swelling on this bump on the root of my mouth 6) diagnosis from North Dental surgery place: this front tooth implant is found to be way too long compared to all other front teeth hence likely the culprit for this sw

I had a gum graft done by Dr. Vazquez in January of 2024. She is a wonderful doctor and explained everything to me thoroughly. I am a nervous patient and she put me at ease. The recovery for the procedure wasn’t super fun, but I was given detailed steps to make it easier. I came back to get the stitches removed a month later and was told my graft was healing nicely. I would recommend Dr Vazquez! I even came back in October of 2024 to double check that I was healing nicely and she showed me photos of before and after my procedure. I appreciate the time she took to make sure I was comfortable with the results. After coming to the office a few times and working with the front desk over the last year - I have noticed a great improvement in terms of scheduling and responsiveness. Thank you!
