Epiphany Dermatology

I was establishing new patient care. Upon arrival, I wasn't welcomed in but I was acknowledged and told which desk clerk was available. I arrived 15 minutes early, per policy for new patient checkin. Forms are all done electronically on a tablet which wasn't always easy to navigate through the tabs after each section. I was taken back promptly & intake person asked reason for my visit. I was then left alone for quite a bit. Staff was overall very friendly and informative in response to my questions. I was disappointed to learn that the Verrado location doesn’t do cosmetic Dermatology procedures like Botox, Sculptra, etc.

First time patient. Upon arrival was greeted by smiles and pleasant attitudes. My wife and I were promptly check in and had a very short wait time before being taken to exam room. Doctors assistant was very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Doctor arrived shortly afterward and was was very professional. I would have no hesitation in referring Epiphany Dermatology.

Epiphany Dermatology is everything you could ask for in a doctor's office - friendly, thorough, and transparent. I had my first ever dermatologist appointment here. I was nervous but the staff was extremely friendly which helped calm the nerves. The doctor seemed very thorough on the exam. They did an excellent job educating me through the process and what to look for in the future. I even had some skin tags removed while there. It was a fast and painless process. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology for all your skin needs.

We are new Verrado residents and needed to establish a new Dermatologist. Dr. Whitlock and his team were very welcoming, very thorough and explained everything exceptionally well. We never felt rushed. My husband and I had back to back appointments and they offered us the option to come into the exam together. This was great for us since it streamlined our appointments and expedited the whole process for us. We appreciated this courtesy since we are getting older it's important that we have an extra set of ears to hear care plans and routines. All little spots were addressed at moment, no need to return for an additional appointment. (Or co-pay!) Thank you!! They were great.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Whitlock, and his team. They got me in SAME day! Which is very rare these days! I went in due to a very painful cyst on my inner right thigh. After some conversation and history the Dr numbed the sight and drained the cyst which provided immediate relief. I am very grateful and thankful for this. I will be going back and making this my new primary dermatologist.
