Epic Heart & Surgery Center

I just wanted to thank everyone at epic for the excellent care I received! Starting up front with Lisa the receptionist she was simply a delight both times I was there such a lovely lady with a great personality and attitude! Then there’s Jessica my nurse I can’t say enough great things about her to justify her professionalism just a very sweet lovely young woman who really cares about you! It’s not hard to tell she’s genuine, and that awesome smile and personality you just know you’re in good hands with someone that’s easy to tell loves her job! Then there’s Daniel another true professional who loves his work and gives you the best of everything! And I wouldn’t be able to finish this review without mentioning Dr Shaheen, he’s undoubtedly saved my life more than once! Thanks to the rest of

They sent the bill with a website the website required a patient number and said it was on the bill. I called them because i couldnt find the number they also were not able to help me find it, said theyd get back to me. I never heard back and instead they turned in the bill to collections for a bill i called them trying to pay. BS. If that is the only place my dr works with i will get a new dr before going back.

Ally and all the staff are the best. This is the best care I have received since moving to Wichita. I was treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend them is you ever need a procedure done. Everyone was fantastic but Ally is absolutely amazing and a beautiful caring human being / nurse.

This was my first experience with epic. I was so impressed with these ladies and gentlemen there. They took the time to explain everything in detail. And i greatly appreciate what they did for me. And a big shout out to Ali my RN. She made this scary experience way easier. Bless all of the staff there. Thank you. Dee.

The staff is good. It feels like you are on s conveyor belt to go there. LOTS of duplicate paper work it seemed.
