From the minute i walked in to the office until I left I felt comfortable, cared for, and understood! Excellent service from the welcome desk and office staff. Dr. Warburton is highly qualified, caring, easy to understand and knowledgeable. She took time with me and ran all the tests needed to ensure my needs were met. She also took the professional steps to ensure my future eye concerns were noted and met. Very clean office surroundings too! The optical assistant was equally as friendly, caring and professional. I highly recommend this service!!

I fell in love with this eye place!!! By far the best I have ever been to in 20years. The entire staff is very kind, caring, welcoming, understanding and loving. Soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and smiles. A connection was made with each staff and I am beyond thankful for all of you. Dr.Warburton actually cares about her patients and their overall health not just eye health. She is very sweet, goofy, caring and most of all she listens. The entire staff listens to you and wants the best for you. Thank you all for the hugs and laughter and omg my glasses and contacts are way better than the years I have been using the same prescription before now. I have been using g Envision eye care for several years for eye exams, and purchased multiple pairs of prescription eyeware. My latest experience unfortunately was a NEGATIVE ONE. I made an appointment for December 11th, received multiple messages from them to remind me. On my way to my eye exam appointment yesterday I encountered a WAZE report on my phone of a car crash on prima vista Blvd heading to their location a few miles away. I decided to call them, since my wife was driving to advise them I'd be a few minutes late. Well, the girl who answered the phone gave me the " end of the world " response that due to there over abundance of bookings, if I arrive 10 minutes later than my 3pm scheduled appointment time, regardless of the unexpected upcoming car accident I was coming up to, th

I am very disappointed with this place . My wife and I have been going there for about 4 years. Never got a bill from them. We paid for the extra test that ask you to do at the time of service. When the exam was over she tells me I’m good to go and my wife ask what she can do for dry eye . She tells her drops ! We get a bill from them for 86.03 for me and $121.82 for my wife . I call them up and ask them about the charges. The person on the phone says she charged you for telling you , you have slight cataracts in your eyes there was no discussion about this and I let the girl on the phone know and I asked about my wife and she said that she discussed the dry eye issue, when my wife only asked her a question. I’ve been going here for a year now. The staff is very nice; they don’t impose buying frames like other stores. The doctor is very nice and addressed all of my concerns. They’re very patient; I recommend this office to anyone.
