I can’t stop raving about what a wonderful experience I had getting my brows and lips done. Danielle's very professional the spa is very clean and organized. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process ensuring she made sure I knew what to expect and making sure I was happy with the final results. I highly recommend her!

I am so happy with my permanent eyebrows. Danielle listened and took her time. She was very professional and courteous. I will definitely contact her should I need something else done.

I made an appointment for 10am and arrived at 9:55. The door was locked so I rang the Ring bell twice and no one ever showed so I left. At 10:05 I got a text asking if I was coming and I told her what happened - she basically said she was setting up and I should have knocked. I understand things happen but it felt very uncomfortable that the door was locked 5 minutes before my appointment. She did mention that she was setting up and didn’t hear the Ring but she should have had the door unlocked or been keeping an eye out since she knew I was coming. It felt very unwelcoming. Honestly I think she needs to work on her customer service; she came off as very unprofessional in her responses. I told her I would not be rescheduling and will be reaching out to Groupon for a refund.

Great experience! No pain! Love my eyebrows! It’s a bit of adjustment to get use too lol 😂 but all my friends love it! And I can’t wait to come back:)

I have been there for two appointments and am set up for a third. There were a couple of miscommunications in the beginning, but I have visited since and she explained there were some exinuating circumstances related to those times. It is easy to schedule and reschedule from the webpage. I am looking forward to seeing some results now that I will be able to schedule more consistently.
