Enticare ENT Casa Grande

Upon arrival, staff did not have a clue why my son had an appointment. I informed them he had cleaning and a hearing test. They told me all the hearing tests are booked for today and the earliest will be 12/8. So they provided a basic cleaning, now we must wait 6 weeks for his hearing test. The most concerning part was the lack of cleanliness, how are you “cleaning” on dirty equipment?

I just want to leave a huge shout out and thanks to the sleep tech Vincent for being one of the best humans on the planet he's so good at his job I came in with huge anxieties and issues he made me feel so comfortable and at ease I didn't sleep great but I slept the cpap mask on for the first time for 6 hrs needed forvrhe study I couldn't jave some it with anyone else THANK YOU VINCENT !!!!! the rest of the staff are pretty great always dealing with my mental issues and the Dr finally convinced me to do the study after 3 yrs of telling him no I really needed to do this

I have multiple kids and have gone to many appointments in my time of being a mother, and for the first time ever we actually felt like we were in danger. The nurse practitioner, Heather came off as extremely aggressive as soon as she got in the door from the whole three minutes she was in the room. She wanted to argue with me, Belittle me, Very rushed and Had absolutely no patience. Her demeanor was extremely aggressive and talked down to us and as the mother, I was trying to answer questions and she would not pay me any attention she wanted to hear from my teenager who did not remember dates, so I said if you don’t mind and I gave her answers and she got very mad and aggressive at me. By far the worst experience. Physicians Assistant refused to listen. My dad has dementia and they don’t listen. Yes, for normal patients what they recommended would be okay, but to dismiss what I had to say and then say well follow up when your done. Will definitely not be doing back and I don’t recommend anyone else going if you want someone who listens and cares.

I have had epilepsy for ~20 years, and have seen plenty of specialists, techs etc. By far, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any clinic in general. From clerical staff not knowing their own policies and procedures, not willing to ask basic policy/procedural questions that other clinics provide (And offered at another location) to their office management, to even denying being able to speak to them when they state they're there To MA's waiting hours and giving nonchalant responses to specifically being told your quality of life has reduced from a 7-8/10 with previously supported treatment to a 2/10 with their "Try to stick it out" mentality And not even willing to make a simple phone call, or even easier yet, a simple email to a facility (Located within 10 miles) like Sonor
