ENT of Georgia North - Sandy Springs

This is the most poorly run office I have encountered: I called and left scheduling 3 messages to get an appointment. Waited 8 weeks for the appt. The confirmation emails do not specify the location. I went to the St Joe’s location and was told it was the wrong location. I had St Joe’s call the other location, they said to come and that they would call to confirm if I could be seen. No one called, I went to the appt and was told they had jus canceled my appt. I would NOT recommend this practice from a scheduling/practice management standpoint.

My daughter started seeing Dr Shaw when she was a year old for a lump in her cheek back in 2016. Dr shaw has been my daughter's ENT since then. She has always been so attentive and caring. Dr. Shaw has also been my ent and my sons. I couldn't have ever asked for a better doctor for my kids and myself. I honestly feel like she is family at this point we are so comfortable with her. We moved to north Alabama and we now make the 3 hour drive to still see her when needed. I honestly wish more doctors were like her.

Dr. Shaw is incredible. She's thorough, compassionate, so smart and a great listener. Sometimes there may be a bit of a wait but some doctors are worth it and she and Kelly and their entire staff are professional and have been there for me with my complex issues. Love them.

Had my allergy test today with Ashley and turns out I'm allergic to quite a few things! I didn't react very well to the tests and the staff were immediately on hand helping out and made me feel better very quickly! A wonderful ENT clinic, vary caring and professional. Highly recommend!!

Dr Shaw and her entire staff are excellent in every way: caring, thorough, detailed, responsive, above & beyond at every step from first contact to follow-up. Their people skills are just as important as their medical skills, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming that I would not want to visit any other ENT practice going forward.
