The staff were fantastic- bubbly, sweet, knowledgeable, efficient. The building, however, is NOT handicap friendly and the system is inefficient. I received a 2 hours before my appointment, while leaving my house to make my way there, after another stop, saying that I needed to complete registration but, with no instruction how to do so. Not wanting to hold up my appointment, I committed to arriving early since Google Maps says they open at 8:00 add my appointment was at 8:40. Arriving at the parking lot, I quickly realized there were no van accessible handicap spots anywhere near the office and I would have to park halfway down the parking lot, 11 businesses away. I have been referring everyone I know to this office! The care my daughter receives is top tier. I was back and forth from ER and Urgent Cares until she was properly diagnosed. The staff is so kind and the office is welcoming. Dr. Cohn is wonderful!

Dr. Cohn is OUTSTANDING! She is very compassionate, patient, and is also good at her job. I was in a very bad shape with my lungs when I first saw her and after some tests and medicine she solved the problem that the other two last doctors couldn't and I feel a lot better thanks to her. I also had excellent care with the office staff & the nurse. I will DEFINITELY recommend this office to my family & friends and I will definitely continue to go see Dr. Cohn for my follow-up.

We have been experiencing significant challenges with the level of professionalism at this center. Our primary concern is the lack of responsiveness, as they consistently fail to answer phone calls or return messages. This is particularly concerning for us as parents of a four-year-old child with asthma, as we require prompt communication and access to medical care. Additionally, during our last visit, we waited an extended time of over an hour in the examination room, followed by a rushed consultation with the doctor. Furthermore, we have been waiting for two months for authorization to be provided to the school nurse for the administration of our child’s inhaler.
