Dr. Erin-Toller is a great allergist who keeps it professional but also real with you (which I greatly appreciate.) The business sends emails and texts in advance so you can sign all the proper paperwork early, and they were all very professional when I got there. I also was able to call in advance to let them know I was going to be late (due to last min car troubles) and the receptionist was able to add that to my appt info to make sure no one cancels it too early. (They give you a 15 min window but calling can guarantee they won't cancel it.) The front entrance confused me at first but overall, it was a good experience.

Doctor's visit was great. Getting my daughter's scripts filled took weeks of pharmacist and me calling the office to understand why no one was answering call and calling us back. At one point I was asked, what would you like me to do? Your job possibly??

I went to my insurances website to find an allergist. This company came up. I schedule my appt and took the day off from work. Also did the pre-check and stayed off my meds for 5 days. Being miserable that entire week but hopeful to finally get answers to these horrible allergic reaction. Get to my appt only to be told they don't take my insurance. Why don't they check that at the time I scheduled and prior to pre-check? Why is this company on insurance Websites that they do not take? Wasted time and made me have to wait even longer for answers. I work in Healthcare and we check insurance prior to taking their intake and every month while under our care. I would never refer anyone to you guys friends family, nor patients.

Besides the phenomenal physician that I see Dr Erin Toller Artis not much else I can speak highly of except for the nurses/receptionists. Never given correct hours even after talking with on call service. Appointments often cancelled at last minute which means you can’t get in for another month with your provider. With new merger, calls get routed & then rerouted often making for a very frustrating experience.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. They have been horrible since I switched to them last year from my dr that retired. The office manager I spoke to today, Wendy, was so rude right from the start of the conversation. Apparently the office wants me to make my own appointments now, send my medication to my house, and inject myself (or I can bring my medication to the office and have a nurse inject me if I prefer). I have my own job, I’m not doing ENT and allergy’s too. This is insane. Literally all they do now is renew my medication and are refusing to do anything else including have my medication shipped there for liability reasons. Not only that, I had to wait months to get my shots because of back and forth with my insurance because they called the wrong specialty pharmacy fo
