Enloe Health & Wellness Northstate Cardiology – Chico

One of the front office ladies were very unprofessional. I needed paperwork filled out. The provider just needed to sign one signature. She said the Dr. was on vacation, even though the doctor was currently performing the procedure for my dad. Once I told her this she changed her answer of why the doctor could not just sign his signature. She took the paperwork and said the new HR lady will fill it out and fax it but that because she’s new she probably wouldn’t have it by the end of the week. I gave her the paperwork and asked for the HR lady’s email to follow up, because I needed the paperwork today, if not by the end of week for work. She said she would not give me an email to follow up. After I explained to her I need to follow up on this email because I need to stay updated on it she

I have been a patient of Dr Wolk for many many years. I find him to be highly professional, and he takes the time to listen and to explain things very carefully to me. The staff has been very pleasant and professional. I find nothing to complain about for this facility and their physicians

Not impressed with Dr Catherine Prince. She became my husbands doctor after our previous doctor passed away and Doctor Yip left the area. She barely gave us the time or care. Never ran any follow up tests. I’m very sad I didn’t take my husband somewhere else.

Seems like they just hire anybody… My wife and I go there expecting to see the doctor but always get scheduled with one of their assistants who do not order blood work or any additional testing. Not very thorough… the assistant I saw could not answer my questions.
