I went in last night around 5:30 Half hour before closing and Karen at the front help me she was super kind And helpful. I didn’t have to wait very long and then I was greeted by the LVN Mark, who again was a very, very nice young man. I was having some problems with my ear and between him and nurse practitioner Nancy they got me all taken care of with lots of kindness. I can’t say enough about Nancy and Mark. They both were great. I work in the medical field myself and run an Oral surgery office and I want you to know that you’re three employees From Karen to Mark to Nancy were wonderful and I appreciate their care

I have had very bad experiences with health care here in Paradise. The clinic we have up here on the ridge is worthless and dangerous. So I was skeptical about going here. And I have to say I am happily surprised and relieved. The care I received was VERY good in every way. The doctor anticipated my needs before I had to ask and made sure I was well taken care of. The wait for only 10 minutes. I LOVE this place and highly recommend it. 5 stars!!

I went in just to wait for hours. I was feeling like vomiting and got nothing to help ease it without forcing my body to swallow. I couldnt get up without feeling dizzy. I waited for hours, I decided to check myself out dince I wasnt seen for over 6 hours. Even so you would think medicine and a puke bag would be a must. But honestly its whos medical problems ate going to give the most money goes first. If I have a emergency I will never go there. Even if my death depends on it. Another example of poor being seen was of another time recently that I was in adter a couple hours. But since it was a breathing problem instead of figuring it out fully they checked my breathing with blood pressure checking. Thats it. I still haven't been seen. I am probably going to go else where gor that. Like ev

Can’t call them, waits are an hour or longer even for a sports physical. It’s a sports physical how can one be waiting over an hour for a sports physical that’s just disappointing and people here don’t care they often have attitude and clearly are just there to do there job and make money to get by not actually help you. And this is coming from a high school student that’s saying something. Some have it much worse but for something so simple it still makes no sense

I was given very excellent care and compassion when I came here back in May. I am especially appreciative to the nurse practitioner Julie Deas who saw me. She gave a lot of care and assistance to me. I am very thankful for the care I received at this clinic.
