Casie is an amazing Pelvic Floor PT! She made me feel super safe and comfortable. I have endometriosis and have painful periods and painful intercourse. She helped me by helping my muscles relax as well as give me techniques to take home and use on myself as needed. My pain has decreased tremendously! She also offered helpful advice on eating habits and belly massage as I prepare for my bleeding phase. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing pain or other issues with their pelvic floor.
