Enjoy Holistic Healing

I had a lovely and relaxing experience at Enjoy Holistic Healing. I purchased two 60 minute massage therapy sessions through Groupon at an amazing discounted rate, and scheduled my appointment through the website. There were plenty of parking spots and Joy sent out in advance all the information necessary to prepare me for my appointment. The building is beautiful, and the surroundings are not noisy, ideal for a relaxing moment. I filled out a form with medical history and my session was pleasant with nice conversation and graceful massage. I definitely recommend her services.

I work in dentistry and deal with chronic neck and upper back tension. I’m skinny and extremely ticklish, so most massages don’t work for me they are either too light and unbearable or too deep and hit my bone or nerves. Joy’s technique genuinely impressed me. Her pressure was controlled, precise, and intentional, and she was able to target specific muscle restrictions without causing discomfort. It felt much closer to therapeutic, clinical bodywork than a typical relaxation massage, similar to what I’ve only experienced with physical therapists. The room was slightly cold, but if you’re looking for real pain relief rather than just relaxation, I highly recommend her.

I had a great experience here! She did a wonderful job and was very friendly and easy to talk to. She’s definitely chatty in the best way, which made the visit feel warm and welcoming. I appreciate the personal touch and would recommend her services. By the way, I love the bathroom — it has such a charming old-school vibe.
