I've been a cancer survivor since 2020 & this was my first time in a place like this. I had no idea! And the ladies that are there to help you . . . I left there feeling like I was walking on clouds, I felt so good, very happy with the experience! And the clothes & stuff!! This is THE place to go, if you're in need of such garments. And these women will treat you like your gold & lift up your whole day. Thank you ladies, all of you.

Kaiser should cease using Enhance by Linda Reib & I am submitting a request/filing a complaint. They should not be in the cancer business. No genuine concern or empathy. I was rushed, treated poorly, given the wrong size of Prothesis. If that wasn’t enough I received an extremely rude voice mail message from Juliet, their manager. Telling me to call her so she can explain their fitting process. Did mine work? No. It didn’t. Juliet further stated they don’t allow 3 hour appointments. Not sure where Juliet pulled the 3 hours from. I didn’t request 3 hours. Juliet also stated I could go elsewhere there’s other companies available. I promptly returned Juliet’s call. Juliet nor anyone from Enchance never bothered to call me back. My call log verifies this. I shared Juliet’s voice mail message

Enhance in Sacramento is the place to go for all compression garments for all breast cancer survivors who suffer from Lymphedema post mastectomy with lymph nodes removed. This is one of very very few important business that services people in need for compression garments for Lymphadema. The staff at Enhance are always so respectful and professional, especially Annie, who I have had the pleasure of being the person who I meet for fittings of my compression garments. She is kind, caring, empathetic and so respectful. She makes me feel heard and seen and I recommend her to anyone needing compression garments.

Fitted my Mom with bras and prosthesis in about 45 minutes. Called two days before to make the appointment and give them insurance info. Although it took me a day to find and fax over the info Medicare required (proof of mastectomy) they verified the info and got the okay back from Medicare the same day. She had info on my Mom's last fitting (from a different provider) and found she had lost enough weight to use a smaller size. The appointment was very convenient. Mom is happy with the results. P. S. Dr had sent over the prescription two days before the appt.

It was one of the best experiences ever. The 2 ladies that helped me were the best. They made this process painless. They followed thru verifying my insurance to listening to what I was looking for. I am so happy.
