Englewood Post Acute and Rehabilitation

Leaving a loved one in someone else’s care can be hard, but the staff here truly made us feel at ease. My loved one received wonderful care here, and I’m so grateful for the kindness shown by the staff. They made her feel safe, comfortable, and truly special during her time there. One person who always stood out to me was Marlon—his warm smile and friendly presence always reassured me that my loved one was in good hands. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the people they serve. This gave me such peace of mind and meant the world to our family. We can’t thank you enough.

I just want to thank the staff for their kindness and patience with me during my ten day stay at this rehab facility. They were great always caring after my hip replacement surgery. Never late with my pain meds,the PT was great it pushed me into the right direction once I got home. I recommend this facility to anyone going into rehab. Me and my daughter had the opportunity to come and sing with the residents. Mary is such a great Activities Director you can definitely see the compassion and attentiveness she gives to the residents. This facility was clean and the staff were friendly. What we enjoyed the most was seeing that this facilities Activities has so much fun events planned for the residents. It’s so very colorful and not dull like other places I’ve been to.

Disappointed and shocked would be an understatement You can only hope and assume that when your family member is in here they are being taken care of and you will get communicated with but it was the opposite. Specifically marlon, Your job is to be a case worker. You couldn’t even answer your phone and blamed it on “ not being able to get ahold of my sister” the minute I call from another number you answer? Also the false idea that they have everything together when your family member leaves there. Marlon told us time and time again that home health care would be set up, her medicine would be a pill packs etc.. She would be “ set up for success” before she leaves. It wasn’t true. She left that place with nothing set at home and them blaming it on her. How do you think a patient that had a

The activity director Mary and her crew go above and beyond to make there residents happy. I would recommend taking your loved ones to this facility.
