Englewood Dentistry

I have been a patient for as long as I can remember! I got over my fear of dentintry thanks to Englewood Dentistry. I was recently recommended to see another dentist and while the practice was clean and the staff was professional nothing compares to Dr. Sherzoy. I went to the hospital snow practice because a coworkers said I would get additional discounts. However, always remember you get what you pay for. I quickly retuned to Englewood Dentistry. Nothing compares to the knowledge, patience and bedside manner that Dr. Sherzoy bring to the table. The staff is professional and understanding and also flexible! Dr Sherzoy is the absolute best and she has a fantastic staff. I can honestly say I am often petrified having to go to the dentist but here, they make it their business to remove all fears. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares. GO HERE.

I would not recommend this dentist. I was recommended to this dentist after discovering that I've had at least two cavities. I went in and the doctor explained that the two I needed may need root canals, which I already figured but she was determined she may be able to fix it with just a filling, which don't get me wrong I am thankful for that. Then when she was going over the x-rays and everything, she told me that more teeth would need some small fillings. I explained that I wont be able to cover the rest and insurance would likely only cover the two I desperately needed. She then assured me that she would "split" my bills to different periods so insurance will still cover everything. Had a good experience until billing issues. I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor. ---- I am editing my response as I saw that the dentist responded without any apology. Firstly, I paid the practice around $1000.00 in copay at the beginning of my service. When I went for a follow up, the doctor gave me papers/billing that shows that I was sent around $800.00 from my insurance company and she informed me that all of it should go to her. I said i would call my insurance company to confirm - and they told me that I did not have to pay the entire amount. I had only to pay a portion. The practice called me a few times, and I called them back a few times but we kept missing each other.
