It’s an honor to be asked to write a review for Dr DeSantis. My family and I have been patients at EFP for well over 32 years.Two of our children are very special needs and Dr DeSantis and her nurse Sarah have been very loving, kind, supportive and loving towards them. Although the phone systemwaiting to speak to a live person is frustrating. Dr DeSantis and Sarah always call back and are very helpful. Dr DeSantis and her Staff get an A+++ from me!

Everyone is extremely nice and professional, they combine the latest technology without forgetting the personal touch. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and also very personable…I was able to share very sensitive, personal information about myself and didn’t feel uncomfortable in doing so. He said he had a plan for me and told me how we were going to execute it. Highly recommend Endwell Family Physicians.

Dr. Patel is wonderful! My mom is 92 and he listened to her, answered our questions and explained everything clearly. The office staff made my moms experience very comfortable and easy. Thank you Dr. Patel and EFP!

Eric is a fantastic physician. He always takes the time with me to discuss my needs. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. I recommend scheduling a appt if you’re looking for a physician!

Nothing remarkable except the nurse, LPN, assistant, ? had me mixed up with another patient. They would have given me my vaccines twice (if they were the same vaccines I just had). We realized mistake before they were given. I certainly would not have allowed a second set of vaccines that were not ordered. My yearly physical with Dr Gasparis was fine. Waiting time was fine. Everyone in office was friendly and efficient.
