I brought a friend here for a colonoscopy. Everything was fine until they took me back to see her. She was coughing continuously and obviously not feeling well. She said her throat felt like glass was in it. The doctor seemed a little concerned and said she was coughing during the procedure. My friend asked for a cough drop I gave her one. She then decided she just wanted to get out of there. I took her home but she was feeling more and more uncomfortable. Having a hard time breathing so she went to the ER. It took a long time for them to figure it out but this all happened from her being allergic to something during the procedure. I know this allergic reaction was s rare but to just be brushed off as nothing was uncalled for and I just couldn’t believe it. I don’t think I could ever

Worse service provider I have ever dealt with. Company refused to correct insurance claim and out right refused to make any attempt to correct their billing error. The biling department got very rude and condescending even with insurance on the line. Very unprofessional. I would look elsewhere for care.

We arrived more than 45 minutes early for my mother’s appointment, as requested. Unfortunately, check-in began on a stressful note. A petite Indian staff member spoke harshly to my mother, telling her to hurry up because the doctor was waiting and she was the last patient of the day. This was unnecessary and unkind, especially given that we were well ahead of schedule. Later, when my mother tried to briefly open the door she had just walked through when I was trying to get her to hand me her phone (since phones aren't allowed in the back), the same staff member sharply told her, "Only employees are allowed to open the doors!"—again, something that could have been said in a much more respectful tone. That said, not all interactions were negative. Jim, who signed her in, was extremely chee

Yesterday I had my first endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Elizabeth Gregory and all I can say is "Wow!" I was super nervous about having both procedures done because I had never been "put under" before but everyone was amazing. From the nice front desk lady(can't remember her name)who greeted me, to Bill, Kelly, Brooke, John, Megan and of course, Dr. Gregory, I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so kind and caring and truly put my mind at ease. Dr. Gregory is so easy to talk to and always asks if i have any questions. Before I knew it, I was in recovery and went home shortly after that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking such good care of me!

Pro #1: The business is set up to get patients in and out like a factory assembly line. This is a pro, such as the wait between a nurse finishing prep and the anestesiologist walking in was about 5 seconds. Pro #2 The anestesiologist gave what I thought was described as "oxygen", but smelled odd and practically put me out. I came out of anestesia here far better here than my last time in 2014 at Mount Saint Mary. Con #1: The prep mandates taking meds from 1:45 to 3:45 in the morning. I pulled all the prep up 3 hours without any issue. Con #2: Check-in is odd. Gastroenterology Associates (GA) and Endoscopy Center (EC) are kind-of connected. Data is requested by GA, but they don't perform any work. EC is unable to access that data, so they request it again.
