I went on my day off and had very little movement in shoulder and didn't want to go to the Dr. So I prayed and knew if the door was opened it was meant to be. Well a very kind man ahead of me gave his appointment to me. He must've seen the pain I was in. Cigi took me in. She did fabulous and yes it hurt but she worked it out and I did take it easy the rest of the day. I'm going fir follow up appointments because I don't want to have surgery at this point. She's got the right touch!!! Thanks Cigi!!!!! Doing so much better today!!!!

Foxx is hands down the absolute best massage therapist, and I have experienced several! Sadly, I moved out of the area, but he's so good that I actually drive almost 180 miles a few times a year still to see him. Call and treat yourself. Your muscles, , circulatory system, mind and overall mood will thank you! And be sure to say hello to Kim at the desk, she's an absolute gem and will go overboard to accommodate your schedule.

PT and medications haven’t helped as much as Fox. Guess all those post-op trigger points just didn’t want to go away with PT alone. Deep tissue, no pain, no gain 😋
