I’ve had a great experience with Natalya at Endomed Family Clinic. She is thoughtful, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen without rushing the appointment. I never feel dismissed or talked over, and she explains things clearly in a way that makes decisions feel collaborative instead of overwhelming. Natalya is thorough, proactive, and very knowledgeable, but what stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel comfortable asking questions and confident that my health is being looked at holistically, not just checked off a list. Highly recommend Natalya and the Endomed Family Clinic team to anyone looking for a PCP who is both skilled and compassionate!!

Preface: I have healthcare experience and currently work at a laboratory that specializes in drug testing. Dr. Kumar was the only person I interacted with while I was there. She did everything. She was nice, friendly, and seemed to be knowledgeable. She listened to my medical concerns and did a basic exam. Afterwards, she took my blood and sent it off for some needed lab work. Dr. Kumar said she would upload the results to the portal call me to discuss them when they were ready. After eagerly awaiting results for a week, I reached out via the portal for an update. I received no response. The following day I called the office and a woman who was not Dr. Kumar answered. She told me that they “hadn’t received them yet” and when I asked for an update or time-frame of when they might be back,

UPDATED from 2 star to 1. Turns out that the labs I did with her that I tired to get results and I was never called or sent the results showed that I had become diabetic. The doctor and I had discussed my wife being diabetic but not me. I am extremely disappointed and mad that I was never informed until months later when I finally found a new doctor and she went over the results. What if I needed medication to manage my condition? The lack of communication and responsiveness from this clinic is unprofessional and dangerous in my opinion. I felt seen and heard in her presence, I believe she does care and wants to help. But she’s so hard to get in contact with. Not sure if it’s because it’s just her at the clinic? I only ever talked to one other person on the phone who was not very friendl

We moved from Texas to Washington 3years ago I desperately needed to find a PCP for my daughter and I ..... I found Endomed clinic though nervous I booked both my child and I am Appointment .... We were greeted with a smile and such warmth ..... Natalia is such an Amazing PROVEDER .... SHE'S knowledgeable , helpful, and considerate ..... I'm so pleased with the care and understanding she extends to my Child and I ......

I’ve had very positive experiences With Natalya Kumar for the past 2 1/2 years. She’s always been very empathetic and helpful through all of my health concerns and conditions. She has a very appropriate bedside manner and is genuinely very kind to her patients. She always communicates In a timely manner. I strongly recommend this clinic.
