I had an amazing experience start to finish. The office was able to get me scheduled within a few days of me needing a tooth fixed up. Dr. Matt was wonderful; he explained the process, all my options, and the procedure was smooth and fast. I have zero pain and my tooth is as good as new. Thank you all!

Dr. Matts office. - I was scheduled near end of day for 7 am the next day. I advised I might not be able to get off work and would call if I needed to reschedule . I was not able to so I called and left a message as they were now closed. I called back to try to schedule a new appointment they were closed for a party. I called back again they weren’t able to get me in at a closer location just Dr. Matt’s office. They said I would be blacklisted if I didn’t show up. They must have called me the day before, but I was switching phone providers and the call did not come through until the day of my appointment. I heard 12:50 not 12:15 as soon as I received their message I called let them know I was on my way from out of town once I got there they said they cancelled it and tried to call me. The

I needed a root canal on a front tooth. I went to Dr Gary Matt in Waukee. A great experience and I would recommend him highly. He explained the procedure and had awesome tools. Root canal done in one sitting and no follow up needed. I haven’t had any pain. Staff was amazing too. Thank you.

Root canals get a bad rap and seem scary but trust me when I say this is the BEST Endodontics provider ever. I’ve had my fair share of root canals and will never go anyplace else. Today I had my 3rd with Dr. Matt. The staff are immediately inviting, the lounge is relaxing, my nurse was kind, gentle and explained each step. Dr. Matt cares deeply for his patience, provides the best comfort level, calmly walks you through the process and explains each time he is doing something different. Dr Matt ensured throughout the process that I felt no pain and asks if you need a break several times. I would willing sign up for a root canal because they make every step of the process calming and comfortable.They follow up with very easy to understand instructions for aftercare. I highly recommend 10/10!

Endodontics, P.C. wasvery professional. Dr. Matt was very understanding, explained my options. I felt like I had all the need information I needed to make my decision. Nicole was very polite and knowledgeable. She was very good at explaining things and listened to my concerns. Nicole at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very polite. Great place, would recommend this office for any of your needs for root canals. I was informed of what insurance they take and what my out of pocket would be prior to my appointment.
