Let me get this straight, at any given appointment i have, we wait sometimes up to an hour for a doctor, who is behind schedule all the time, but because your practice changed my location of my appointment without me knowing with a 10 min text reminder, you won't see me because i would be 20 mins late. Then, despite the requirement of being seen every 3 months for Medicare, there are no appointments for a year. This tells me that 1. Your practice has over accepted new patients and can no longer handle the volume of patients. 2. You are providing inadequate care per the guidelines of Medicare which will impact patients ability to get medicine and monitoring devices. 3. Your practice is failing its patients. My husband waited 6 months for an appt. He shows up to his appt And gets told he doesn't have an appt. They push him back another 3 months!!!! Then he gets a phone call from someone else in that office saying he didn't have an appt until the end of the month but they cancelled it yesterday and rescheduled him even further out 4 months!!! Sounds like a bunch of BS to me!! Somebody's lieing cuz none of this makes any sense at all. Meanwhile while this office can't figure out the very basic function of scheduling, my family is in complete turmoil with my husband declining health! This is unacceptable!

I appreciate Dr. Madisi who is excellent. However, it takes a long time to get prescriptions renewed (after several unanswered requests from my pharmacy, I had to call twice) and it would be nice if the office staff did not hang up on patients.

The staff and caregivers were absolutely fantastic! They should get 5 stars all day long.

I was a patient of Dr.Leinung for about a year when I first started my transition journey, he constantly made me feel stupid, and less than. That’s not the biggest problem, however. Once my legal name change had gone through, I had informed the office and gave them new ID and INS card prior to my appointment, they still billed it under the old name cause the insurance to deny it, so I received a bill of almost $300. I called the billing office and ins to discover them problem, and once again they neglected to update the information before rebilling cause the insurance to deny it yet again. So finally today, and a giant thank you to the man (David) who helped me finally straighten this out, as I have been dealing with it since the beginning of November.
