Dr. Ernest William Beasley needs to retire! He missed a major thyroid goiter in me, which caused a lot of issues for me. I’m not sure if he still should be practicing medicine. Beware! A very dismissive doctor. His bedside manner is to get you out of the office and onto the next person. I would not recommend.

Was so thrown off when attempting to make an appointment by front desk decided to not even make an appointment. Male who answered phone I found to be slightly dismissive without allowing me to provide any pertinent information. It’s a no for me!!!

Dr. Era Shah was focused and informative in a very caring manner and generous with her time and attention. I had all of my extensive list of questions answered thoroughly. Her nurse, Lynnette and the ultrasound tech, Jennifer were friendly, listened and made this new patient feel heard and welcome.

Dr. Zora came to hospital to see me after I was admitted. Wonderful bedside manner. I trust him fully and confident in my care. He has a busy schedule and was booked up bit due to my severity of situation i was seen the next day after getting out of hospital. Very genuine, and caring doctor. Truly thankful

I waited until I found a new thyroid specialist before writing this review. Now that I have, let me start by saying this: just absolutely awful. Scheduling an appointment here is nearly impossible. Even as an existing patient, you have to jump through hoops to see your doctor. They claim that calling multiple times will slow down the process - but even if you follow their "rules," good luck getting a call back to actually schedule something. At times, I genuinely wondered if they even had a scheduling team. The phone just seems to sit there, collecting voicemails from patients desperately trying to be seen. My last attempt to schedule was due to a new concern with my thyroid. I completely understand that it's not always easy to get a same-day appointment, but it would have been nice to a
