Dr.Rork is very thorough with the eye exam. Other optometrists that I have had were never this thorough. If there are any problems, she will find them and get them rectified.
Had great service, friendly people, help to pick out the best frames and make my glasses affordable to me.
Conveniently located. They are helpful in getting a good fit. I just stop in if I need a tweek. They take care of any problems quickly. The spring from the arm of my frames broke. They ordered replacement frames at the end of the week and were fixed on Monday. Everyone is very friendly.
I was treated in a friendly manner. The staff are very professional and thorough. Everything was explained well and questions were answered understandably.
I’ve never had some of these eye tests and she explained everything for me, very thorough, everyone was so nice!
