Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy

When Dr Terleckyj decided after 40 years, 24 of those years at Swedish. I switched to Dr Bryjac whom I knew. My Zolpidem 90 qty now requires a prior authorization. For 90 it costs me 1he same price as 30 for I am a low-income senior citizen. I live month to month on my Social Security. I also live in senior housing. I put in a request for this to be corrected on the portal and a new prior authorization to be submitted. I left a message pertaining to this for Dr Bryjac. I haven't heard from him nor are they doing anything about this in that office. I really wish I was able to go elsewhere. I don't drive anymore. To many hands are in a patients records in that office. I can't this corrected at all. I pay a premium for my prescription drug coverage and all my medications.

They took excellent care of my sick friend.

Our family has been using Swedish Covenant for almost 10 years. We are currently looking for a new provider as the scheduling system, pay department and overall staff have made it impossible to get any help. The scheduling operators have consistently been rude and unable to get us in to see our PCP, even though the doctor themselves have said they have time to see us. This incompetence has led to the emergency hospitalization of a family member (at a different hospital). It's clear that this hospital cares very little, and refuses to help those in need. Stay away.

This is a review for the pharmacy. The pharmacists are on point, and the techs are great too. They've never messed up a prescription and almost always have my meds in stock. Prescriptions are high quality too. Excellent communication. Best of all, they fill the meds fast. I mean FAST. Did I mention they're fast? Impressively fast. Fast. I also appreciate the automated phone refill system. You just punch in the prescription number. No stressing, just a service that works as it should.
