I went for a visit 3 months ago regarding a swollen ear. I talked to a nurse for at most 5 minutes in which they determined there was no treatment or action required. I asked at the beginning at the desk about my insurance coverage and payment for the visit and wasn’t given an answer. When I asked at the end about payment, I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. I received no follow up from the clinic for the 2 times my insurance didn’t cover anything and they sent the paperwork to the wrong address despite updating my contact information with the employee. Which they either lied to me at the time or just failed to do. I received a bill today for essentially nothing for $250 which is not only outrageous for the lack care I received but completely unacceptable as a cost. I contacted s

provider Shannon powers was really nice and listened to all my concerns. Even wrote me a letter in case I needed assistance at the airport since I was traveling soon. Registration, MA, xray tech, and the person fitting my brace were all very sweet and timely. Not sure about the cost here yet but my insurance can deal with that later. Service was great tho!

The front desk was professional and courteous. The appointment was right on time which I appreciated. The physician had good bedside manner and was thorough. I'd give 5 stars, but my chart and notes were not filled out comprehensively on the web portal as they normally are with all other Northshore providers. It's challenge in America for both medical staff and patients until we fix the issues, so I understand. However, the summaries and notes are key in helping patients know that we've been heard and are in good hands.

Absolutely ridiculous. They claim they are an “immediate care,” but bill as a hospital visit. I ended up being charged $400+ for an X-Ray for my wrist. I went to Midwest Immediate Care earlier this year, had the same X-Ray performed, and the charge was only $25 there. This place is a scam and false advertising, they need to be shut down by the state. How can they claim this as a hospital charge when they share the same building as a Panera Bread? Will be disputing the charges with my credit card.

crazy expensive. went in for knee pain, it just felt like a muscle strain. I mainly wanted to get a script for PT. they did an x-ray on-site and I guess shipped off the results to a radiology lab. the site visit >$400, the xray $25, the radiology diagnostic >$400. Then they wanted me to get and ultrasound for a potential blood clot, that was another >$400. The extra money to send to a radiology was never explained to me. I thought the doctor would just look over it since it was done onsite. Kind of crazy. >$1200 for something that I said was a 2/10 pain. I get you're hopefully doing what you find best for the patient, but you have to be transparent when it comes to this kind of money.
