Endeavor Health Immediate Care - Chicago in Sauganash

I had a great experience with Dr. Caplan. She has a kind and calm demeanor and treated my young daughter well. She ordered the necessary tests and prescribed a medication that helped my 2 year old daughter keep food down while she was ill. She ruled out that anything more serious was going on. I really felt she took the time to evaluate her and we were taken care of. Also, the male nurse/x-ray tech was friendly and patient.

I will never forget the care Dr. Hanaji* S. gave us. She didn’t just treat symptoms they cared for us as people. The compassion, urgency, & dedication they showed went far beyond what I expected. We walked out feeling supported, understood, & truly cared for. I’m deeply grateful.

Hello. Today I took my mother in law to this Urgent Care in Sauganash. Normally I go to Lincoln Village but they called after I made an appointment and they were nice enough to let me know that they don’t have X-ray machine if we were interested of getting imaging done today. Of course I canceled and make an appointment at Sauganash. Honestly, I’m impressed with their care and kindness. The nurse was super helpful and patient. The doctor, was awesome, very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Doctor Brigham Temple, MD. Additionally he cleaned her ears since they had too much wax. Thanks again

We visited NorthShore Immediate Care today after my son had a minor injury, and I can’t thank the staff enough. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help. They did an amazing job keeping him calm and minimizing his pain. The care and attention we received made all the difference. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled—thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service today!

Worst urgent care around. I came for stitches and no one was waiting. After checking in, front desk told me they were going on lunch and I would have to wait. I went home to see if it would stop bleeding, but 3 hours later it was still bleeding. Then when I went back of course I had to wait more. It took them 10 minutes to stitch it up. Awful, uncaring, and lazy staff. No wonder they're google rating is so low. The urgent care on northwest highway is much better.
