Endeavor Health Immediate Care - Chicago in Lincoln Square

Great experience during this visit. The man who noted our symptoms and took our vitals was a gem. I showed up with two young kids and he was a sweetheart to us all. Very patient and understanding with my two year old as he resisted the thermometer and nose swab. And he engaged my curious four year old daughter by showing her the instruments he used. I believe his name is Michael Duran (I pulled that from the after visit summary). Give him a raise, he’s fantastic!

I checked to make sure this location was in-network with my insurance. It was. I came here because I had fever, got swabbed by front desk staff for Covid and flu, didn’t even see a doctor, and left. Got my test results and an obscene bill considering all I got were two swabs for common illnesses - because they’d sent the samples to an out-of-network lab. Why is this something the patient has to check for too? They have my insurance info and should be using it with an in-network lab provider.

First off, no receptionists, empty, then she comes out checks me in and leaves again. As I waited I can hear the conversations from them beyond glass door because it was so quiet. I told them of my symptoms and issues and she said everything looks good. I wouldn't be there if I was okay. The doctor confused me because she didn't tell me what to take exactly and said to wait it out and make tea with real vegetables. I will never, ever return. Update: you cannot call them, it is robot message that leads to a random person for Endeavor and they know nothing, they will not answer questions, they do not know locations, nothing.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this urgent care center. Every time I’ve brought my son in for different medical needs, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They make sure we feel heard and cared for, which is so reassuring during stressful moments. The facility is always clean, and we’ve never had any issues with wait times or the level of care provided. I’m very grateful for how compassionate and thorough they are. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care!

I had such a good experience here. Michael at the front desk was so friendly. Joe and Eleanore were also so kind during my appointment. I was looking for a walk-in clinic/immediate care and am really happy to find this one in the Lincoln Square area.
