They are always kind, professional, thorough, and efficient. I'm always out quicker than I expect to be. Exactly what I want in medical care. I want to add that I use Northshore for my other providers and know how to use the app. This is not a clinic that you can just walk into and get seen. I can typically book time within a couple of hours. The waiting room is usually empty because you wait in the comfort of your home for your appointed time instead of a room full of people. This morning I needed to be seen for an infection. I pulled out the app at 9 am and booked a time slot for 9:40. I came in at 9:40 and was in front of the provider, vitals taken, within 10 minutes. She was thorough - gave me a diagnosis, a prescription, and talked through how I could manage the infection in time t

My visit here was exceptional. I did a walk in and the receptionist greeted me politely and I was able to get checked out the same day. Julie and Angela are highly experienced in their field and made an uncomfortable experience comfortable. Both of them were so kind, professional and meticulous with my examination. I booked a 4:10 pm appointment today through the app for my child. When I got at 4:13 pm there they tried to refuse to see me. They said I was too late (I was 3 minutes late because my child was vomiting at 3:55 when we were supposed to get in the car). They said that they couldn’t honor the appointment because I booked it as me instead of my child booking it. (And that I couldn’t add my child to the app, and that I couldn’t have have done it differently) Then he said that my wife should have booked the appointment. He said he could help me, but he didn’t want to because “he didn’t like my tone”, and he told me to leave. My visit went well. Only waited 5 minutes. Physician assistant was nice and helpful. She took the time to explain things and allowed me time to ask questions and concerns. I am dissatisfied that they don't have xrays at this location and hope they consider bringing that to this location. Waiting area is a bit small but overall clean. I would overall recommend this location.

The professionals at this location saved my mother's life. After running tests that came back inconclusive we were advised to go to the nearest emergency room, which we did. Their advice to immediately act saved her life. Everyone was very kind and provided us with the knowledge needed to seek further care. We are forever grateful.
