Greetings, I just wanna share my gratitude with everyone about my visit today. When I arrived today I met my surgeon Kiera whom was awesome. About an hour later I met Dan in (Valet) he was ready to serve patients(service with a smile). He went and got me a wheel chair, took me inside out of the cold, and Carol was customer focus and transported me to the CT area. There I met Karen ready to give me excellent services as well. About 5 minutes later Damian came out greeted me and we was off to CT to scan my broken ankle. Finally I was met by Bri and her coworker(I missed getting his name) but he was excellent as well. Over all a great experience. Have a blessed day.

I absolutely love my surgeon and primary care . But your parking is absolutely horrible. I arrived 40 minutes early and I drive around for 35 minutes . Finally to find one . On the other end of the hospital . Had to walk from one end of the hospital to York building . I was ten minutes late to my appointment. I had to almost beg for them not to cancel my appointment. This is just horrible!

During my visit to the Endoscopy Department on March 5, I became seriously concerned about patient privacy practices at the reception desk. While waiting, I could clearly hear other patients’ full names, addresses, phone numbers, and even information about their workplaces being discussed openly within earshot of others in the waiting area. Hearing this level of personally identifiable information shared so openly was troubling and appeared inconsistent with appropriate patient confidentiality standards and HIPAA privacy protections. In addition, while I was speaking German with my companion, the receptionist asked if we understood English in a manner that felt dismissive and unnecessary. Patients should be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the language they speak. I was also

With a hospital so big, there is absolutely no reason to perform an MRI in a mobile unit when it’s so cold outside. You can’t tell me there are no available machines inside the hospital. And for reduction of sound to protect the ears, toilet paper would have been better shoved in my ears than your generic ear plugs. Pathetic!

Was in for a few days for asthma and heart stuff. The nurse Stephanie in the PMU on the 5th floor during the day was amazing. The difference in a hospital stay is when you have someone caring for you that takes the time to care. Her dedication and compassion shines thru. Thank you so much Stephanie for making healing easier and for helping in every way possible to make things more comfortable and listening to concerns and answering all my questions.
