Recommend Encompass of Rock Hill without reservation. The patients are treated with genuine compassion, dignity, and excellent care. From the front desk, to the case workers, to the doctors, to the nurses, to the techs, to the therapists, to the pharmacist, to the aides, to the food service, to the cleaners, every detail was handled precisely. Special thanks: To Keith (PT) and Jenny (OT), the team who worked with my husband. Their training and expertise in the field taught him the skills foundational to his recovery. Consider yourself blessed if you are assigned to these two. Best in the field. To Dr. Brown who in his outgoing yet professional manner answered all questions, explained all meds, and asked questions of his own that showed he was well informed and interested in my husband

The Atrium hospital was excellent. Food was very good. When I moved to the rehab, It was a very easy transition. The staff was well trained. I was impressed how well they worked together. The overall PT was way too light. Only 2 exercises. The housekeeping needed to work on picking up trash. Other than that. It was very good.

I was treated in Encompass for 7 days following hip replacement. Outstanding service on all levels: 1. Medical staff: Five Star care from MD's, PA's Nurses, & Techs! 2. PT & OT - they scheduled 3 hours per day. They made sure that I was working on my goals. Very kind & conscientious with their direction and care. 3. Dietary Service - the best tasting hospital food that I have ever experienced. Each day they personally ask what you would like to eat for all 3 meals. They do have heart healthy options which I need. 5. Even the housekeeping department is very friendly. Thanks for getting me back on track! You're the best!

They really gave me warm loving care. Therapy was great and the therapists are the best. My case mnager is a wonan of her word and did everything she could to help me. The doctors are awesome. The janitors are so nice and loving.

Professional, caring, willing to go the extra mile, psychologists When you just don’t think you can get up and do it! The problem for me is that I was very groggy during my stay and I so want to give individual kudoos To those that gave me the extra care I needed. Several therapists, I am thinking of and Dr. T, of course who saved my life.. If you would be so kind as to send me a list of those that cared for me. I can certainly point out the individuals that were especially valuable to me!
