Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England Lowell

The Physical Therapists, Nurses and aides are wonderful, kind, and caring. However, this place is not for elderly people just needing a little rehab to get back on their feet. My mom was sent there after 3 days in the hospital with her labs at her normal high and Dr. Jac made her worse. She changed her blood pressure medication, stopped giving her an inhaler, diagnosed her with UTI then claimed she did not have a UTI, then diagnosed with a blood infection, only to determine she didn't have that. The list goes on. My mom was transported to LGH. She has an extremely painful UTI, her kidney function, glucose and lung function are dangerously out of control. I told Dr. Jac that my mom's labs were normally high and she has been fine like this for years, but she did not listen. She put her on a

Horrible horrible my cousin went here and came back with a bruise on his face and an open womb on his arm! They didn’t do no incident report NOR DID THEY TELL HIS PARENTS! This is bad management! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS I AM LIVID

I have been a patient twice in the last 6 months at Encompass and have nothing but good reviews to give. The staff ( including therapists, nurses and staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable , patient and so kind. I hope I do not have another occasion to use their services but if I do, I will definitely return to Encompass.

Wonderful visit with OT. Extremely helpful giving helpful tips for my exercises. Great experience.
