Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy

After spending four weeks in a hospital, the last place I wanted to be was another 2 weeks in a hospital called Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital in Katy. I was a bit fed up , hurting and quite cross! I experienced a novel positively great experience from this facility. From the doctors, the nursing staff, the physical therapists and the administrative staff, they really care about you and your getting back to good health. Would I recommend this place to others that would need rehab care? Definitely!

The greatest experience of my recovery! From facilities to personnel to food this hospital deserves 5 stars in every and each department. The most enjoyable hospital stay of my life, I highly recommend Encompass to anyone that needs to regain their energy back!

I entered Encompass on Christmas day 2025. I was very depressed and cried all day. However, every member of the staff was empathetic and worked to lift my spirits. When I arrived, I was completely unable to walk, sit up, feed myself, or care for myself in any way due to complications from cervical spine surgery. I was barely eating, my muscles had started to atrophy and I had lost 23 pounds in just a few weeks. I truly didn't think there would be much improvement in a couple of weeks. I was wrong! The occupational and physical therapists, doctors, nurses and other staff members encouraged me and worked with me to help me recover.
