Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Franklin

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility! It is clean and well maintained. If I ever needed anything they were right on top of it. Every nurse and therapist made my recovery the best it could be. I have been home for less than a month, and yesterday I was able to walk for thw first time without assistance! No doubt in my mind the therapy i received had a huge role in this accomplishment! Thank you!!!

Encompass is a great rehab hospital, and the level of care I received exceeded my expectations. The physical & occupational therapists were fantastic, and not only helped me physically, but they were personable and engaging. The nurses were timely and personable. The rooms and hallways are clean and well lit, with large windows in the rooms. Breakfast was consistently good, while lunch and dinner varied some in its appeal to me. Entrees and desserts were generally good, but veggies tended to be a little overcooked. In summary, if I ever need to go to a rehab hospital again, I’d certainly go back to Encompass.

Very, very good. Therapists are wonderful. They know their business and are very kind and compassionate with you. All other staff from Doctor, DON, all other nurses, techs, cleaning people, food staff and anyone I may have forgotten are all professional but still treated me with the most kind care.

My mother was blessed to have received exceptional care at Encompass in July 2024 and again in May 2025. This facility is a true gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and amazing. When my daughter and I were asked to name a second facility in case Encompass was full, our answer was Encompass, without hesitation! My family highly recommends Encompass to anyone seeking top-notch care. After spending over two weeks at the hospital, the day my mother moved to Encompass was a huge relief, knowing she was in the best rehab facility within 100 miles, and that night was the best sleep I had gotten.
